I began Venue First Consultants to be different and to fill a very specific need in the venue management industry – the need to show venue owners what exactly it means to privatize and help demystify it. We will work in tandem with your purchasing/procurement organization on every aspect of the RFQ/RFP process as well as providing contract administrator services once a management company is hired.In addition, we have deep experience in advising clients in the negotiation or renegotiation of major vendor agreements such as management, food services, sponsorships, ticketing, and others.
