Fine Line Construction was founded in 1980. We have been a general contractor in the Bay Area from the time we opened our doors. In 1993, we started a commercial division. We brought our high standards and our commitment to personal attention to the realm of non-profit and publicly sponsored projects. Over the past 20 years, Fine Line Construction has developed as a company with an emphasis on non-profit affordable housing. Our focus on the construction and renovation of affordable housing, transitional housing, senior housing, HIV hospices, housing for homeless, and multi-dwelling hospice communities has gained Fine Line Construction a reputation for being particularly sensitive to the individual needs of these projects. We are committed to contributing to the success of such community endeavors. Our office is in San Francisco and has worked extensively throughout the Bay Area alongside the city entities that oversee compliance with Affirmative Action requirements. It is the policy of Fine Line Construction to ensure full and equitable opportunities for minorities and women in their participation in our workforce as well as subcontractors in the provision of goods and services.
