SAFECOM is one of the annual event held by Keluarga Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia UGM which has entered its 7th year. Previously, this event was known as the National Safety Competition, a change of the name of this event was influenced by one of the innovations that we want to achieve, that is increasing the scale of this event to International. The purpose of this activity is to build awareness about the importance of safety to young engineers to create a culture of safety in the industry and campaign for the importance of safety among students, especially in the Chemical Engineering environment.
