Our Safety Management System has evolved from our long term partner Patt Manfield S.M.S. and emphasizes simple and transparent procedures to achieve safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly ship operations. The SMS has been integrated into a web based file management and document management system which minimizes paperwork and ensures relevant information is readily accessible.Our objective at Abacus is to provide personalized ship management services of the highest quality and integrity.
