At the same time, we acknowledge the needs of our community and environment by handcrafting our product locally.As a leader in the field of architectural precast concrete, we specialize in using advanced Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) as well as Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) solutions ranging from one-of-a- kind sculptures to full roll-outs for wall panels, countertops, etc. We are equipped and staffed to meet the rigorous challenge of satisfying many different clients with varying technical, logistical and administrative requirements.Through constantly exploring the boundaries of concrete and keeping in tune with the needs of contemporary design, we are able to grow in capacity and aid in the evolution of the material.Our Design Assist Service was created to facilitate the execution of design intent as smooth and as cost effective as possible. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, and design, and we are well versed in the world of construction and fabrication. As a trusted partner in the process, we work tirelessly to ensure the final result meets the expectations of all of our clients.Our staff is proficient in all aspects of modern fabrication technologies. Our design and engineering team is expertly experienced in many 2D and 3D softwares including AutoCAD, Rhinoceros and Grasshopper. Combined with our in-house CNC machines, there are skilled CNC operators capable of resolving the most complex geometries while making the most efficient use of all the CNC options. We offer full in house 5-Axis tool pathing capabilities using our up to date CAD/CAM software. We pride ourselves in being able to use advanced technologies to fabricate sophisticated designs.Concreteworks maintains an office and 85,000 SF manufacturing facility in Alameda, CA.
