Our mission is to give hope to those who have lost it and to help those without a voice in the immigration system. Our programs allow detained immigrants to post their bonds and be reunited with their families, without having to pay the full amount of their bonds. Our goal in assisting immigrant detainees to be released from custody is to help them prepare for their cases and argue their claims of relief. We believe that imprisoning immigrant detainees for extended periods of time without providing counsel is unacceptable, and we hope that our programs will help immigrant detainees be released so that they can engage with an attorney to manage their immigration cases.
