This also means that we remained focus on people (staff, partners, service users and the community).Our clinically-led and employee-led model means we we give staff a real say in Spectrum's future direction and influence in the way the organisation is run and managed.We employ a range of experienced health professionals including GPs, nurses and pharmacists to ensure we deliver high quality services.
