International Diesel Group Inc. was founded in 1987 by David Winn and now is dedicated in the protection of engines and equipment by continuously monitoring the lubricating oil for dangerous metal particles, using our detector MetalAlert® and our custom designed controller.MetalAlert® provides early warning of excessive wear in lubricated machinery, including engines, transmissions, gearboxes, turbines, compressors etc. MetalAlert® continuously monitors lubricating oil for metal debris – both magnetic and non-magnetic, the first sign of a pending failure when bearings, pistons, liners, gears and cams and other parts begin to experience accelerated wear. Our Controller monitors these metal particles on the sensing grid.
