Edge Collaborative is a civic incubator, born from the needs we saw while working in local government. We believe in tackling the hardest economic 'edge challenges' that can ignite more equitable outcomes with and for overlooked communities. We focus on challenges that have the best chance at building economic resilience - at the intersection of workforce and jobs, climate and community wealth building. Our team is designed to function like a team of civic entrepreneurs. We work on the edges to catalyze the capital, talent, policy, and the coalitions necessary to tackle challenges that have the best chance at building economic resilience. As we identify those edge challenges, we partner with public, private and nonprofit organizations to design creative, non-traditional solutions to them - and incubate them until they are ready to live on their own.
