Within four years the property count has grown exponentially and increasing month by month. As the portfolio has grown, so has the workforce. AM Property Management (Services) Ltd now comprises of three divisions all working closely together to ensure each property is managed as effectively as possible. We employ ARLA qualified staff and continue to invest in long-term training and refresher courses in order that any advice you take from us is accurate and relevant to today's statutory guidelines. We offer an efficient, cost effective full property management and letting service, run by landlords for landlords. We work hard to ensure the smooth running of your investment in order that you can relax and enjoy it. We have close working relationships with our landlord base and readily adapt our services to cater for landlords differing needs. Every month we exceed industry targets in relation to occupancy and rent collection and stringently monitor this internally to ensure that standards are kept.
