Since our inception by founder Edie Swiercz in 1991, our goal has been to offer our clients complete revenue cycle management with a personalized touch.While working as an accountant, Edie saw first hand the detrimental effects of insurance companies' complicated billing guidelines and unfair denials. After helping several of her struggling clients streamline their medical billing and challenge insurance denials, Edie founded HCA to fill the need for a full-time, professional billing partner.Today, we carry on this tradition, but also offer additional services to help providers deal with new challenges such as EHR, ICD-10, and healthcare reform. Over time, our company has grown to now service over fifty accounts in a variety of specialties.
