Founded & run by a Registered Nurse, we are dedicated to honoring patient wishes for comfort care, while providing support for caregivers and families. Hospice is not about giving up hope. It's about getting help. Sometimes we have patients for a year or more and about 10% of our patients "graduate" from services because they get better!With offices in Xenia, Middletown & Springfield, we serve 13 counties, including Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Fayette, Clinton, Butler, Warren, Darke, Miami, Clark, Madison, Shelby & Champagne. Anybody can make a referral to hospice or simply call to inquire. We will be happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have.
