Pompeii Wood Fired Pizza is a catering and food truck company. Pompeii has been in business for over 10 years, winning many awards including one of the top Ten food trucks in the Northwest (2012-2016) and Best Entree 2018 Issaquah Salmon Days. We pride ourselves on our ultra-thin-crust gourmet pizza, featuring both Italian and International flavors, hors d'oeuvres, salads and desserts. We offer dietary options including gluten free and vegan. Our professional staff is easy to work with friendly and focused on making your experience memorable. We are eco-friendly using the cleanest burning wood, compostable, recycled and biodegradable products. We support our local markets, purchasing fresh food for the farm-to-table experience. In addition to catering we travel the greater Seattle area for fairs, festivals, concerts, major sporting events, weekly farmer's markets, charity and school events. Some of our clients are Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, Google, Costco, University of Washington, Starbucks, Nordstrom's, Seattle Reign FC, and many more. We can serve a gathering of 30 to 1000's of guests at any one time with our four mobile ovens.
