Xpedite are proud to have delivered 'whole ship' RCM for the Queen Elizabeth Aircraft Carriers. This project was delivered on behalf of the Carrier ACA.Xpedite have, with our Commercial customers, defined a criticality process that utilises the fundamentals of RCM but it is applied in a very cost effective and pragmatic manner. We have applied this to commercial marine vessels and industrial establishments. This process utilises minimal resource from our customers but still ensures that the end product is approved, safe and defensible. The main elements are a ‘reduced' FMECA, a maintenance schedule and an optimised inventory list. This is especially suitable for generating the maintenance on existing assets where the capital investment needs to be justified.
