Boston Human Factors is a design firm that provides User Experience Design and Research services for Fortune 1000 companies. We base our design ideas on the timeless field of Human Factors. Founded in 2014, saw the need for software and product design decisions to be based on the universal principles that all humans have in common. By basing design decisions on these things, products become more usable, more "catchy" and therefore, more popular and "timeless". The universal principles are also known as "Human Factors": Sensory Perception, Pre-attentive Processing, Integration of Prior Knowledge, Metacognition and Working Memory and the effect that Culture has on our decision making process. We are a smart bunch stemming from the well known graduate school of Bentley University's Human Factors in Information Design. Motivated by our deep desire to help companies make products easier for humans to use, we use flexible, Agile methods to take action quickly to improve products. We provide services such as: * Clickable prototypes * Assessments of a products strengths and areas for improvement * Workflow analysis * Usability Tests
