Slim.in is a simple, easy to adhere lifestyle change programme that helps people lose weight for life. There are no products, no banned foods and uses a proprietary formula that "rewards" filling foods and "punishes" foods with sugar and alcohol. This is supported by 15,000 recipes, and 150,000 food products like KFC, Haldiram, McDonalds, Dominos, etc. Slim.in has two components, online and offline. The online component is a complete intervention in itself and is free. The offline component is based on running meetings in local community halls and charging a monthly fee.
