iCon Alliance began over 5 years ago to fill the gap between independent, specialized consultants and generic recruitment firms. The vision was simple: iCon would act as a specialized talent sourcing firm for insurance and financial companies that could deeply understand their projects and business needs, and provide a direct pipeline to the best talent. For its member consultants, iCon would provide a safety net, doing much of the leg work to find contracts and act as an intermediary to negotiate the best rates.iCon today has reached these goals, with an extensive rolodex of specialized consultants and several successful partnerships with various financial firms.iCon is especially adept in the insurance space, many of our resources are currently working with major Canadian Insurance carriers.
