Systems: Impact transformative changes that seek to identify and counteract the enduring legacy of white supremacy by promoting the creation of more inclusive, equitable policies by influencing leaders in all sectors (corporate, public, non-profit, philanthropic) and ensuring an asset-based, healing-centered approach that is led and influenced by those most impacted by the policies.
