Integrated Care is a comprehensive occupational health clinic that works closely with employers to facilitate a range of services, including workers' compensation injury care, early symptom intervention, drug screening, return to work/fit-for-duty physical exams, DOT physical exams, functional capacity evaluations, independent medical exams, physical therapy, and more. Moving forward, Integrated Care is committed to enhancing its technology, communication, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, ultimately providing optimal service to its valued clients. History: Integrated Care, formerly known as Integrated Rehab, was originally conceptualized as a means to combine chiropractic and physical therapy into a singular treatment plan. The first facility was located on 49th and Center, with a second location on 144th and I-80. However, as the needs of the community evolved, the original location was relocated to South Omaha, with a shift in focus towards occupational health services. Consequently, the name was changed to Integrated Care to reflect the expanded scope of services that now included occupational health, injury care, and physical rehabilitation.
