The Nourish Lifestyle Program was launched by a group of healthcare professionals concerned with the overwhelming rise in obesity and the diseases related to obesity. Driven by the vision and passion of our founder, Debra McNealy Hoelscher, Nourish Lifestyle Centers are dedicated to assisting people with sustainable weight loss and their management of inflammatory health conditions.Many programs use a "one size fits all" approach to weight loss and chronic health conditions and are, in the long term, unsuccessful. Nourish is a program that addresses the areas where other programs have fallen short. Nourish is tailored to an individual's specific needs and concerns incorporating scientific testing combined with personal coaching. Nourish focuses on lifestyle patterns, beliefs, and habits and, in turn, allows participants to be successful over the long- term by providing a lifestyle program that is sustainable. The participant is no longer on a "diet" but learns a new way of living that is rewarding as well as flexible.Unlike other programs we believe physical, mental, and emotional components play a significant role in our health. By focusing on lifestyle changes and not "dieting," our clients experience lasting results and an improved well-being in all aspects of their lives.Nourish is designed for long term, lasting results without the use of drugs, shakes, or pre-packaged meal plans.
