Silverstream Handcrafted Landscapes is a second generation family landscaping company with over thirty-five years experience, providing horticulture, landscaping development and construction services. Our company was founded in 1984 by a husband and wife team duo - Mary and Jim Mohan. To this very day, it has continued to model itself on the principles of a happy and long lasting marriage, through honesty and commitment.We believe that the very best gardens are those that respond to their surroundings and the people who use them, and approach every project with an infectious ethos of collaboration, transparency and craft.Adding such qualities of craftsmanship, fabrication and biodiversity, they have been creating beautiful and contemporary handcrafted gardens for over twenty-five years. In March of this year, Silverstream Handcrafted Landscapes were awarded the prestigious title of Landscape Contractor of the Year for 2020 and recipient of The Bog Oak Trophy at The Convention Centre in Dublin.In recent years, the company has developed particular niche markets such as corporate collaborations and show gardens which have added to their collection of residential projects, resulting in numerous ‘Gold Medal' awards at Bloom, Ireland's premier Garden Show Festival created by Bord Bia.We believe that great gardens are built on great design. And that beautiful gardens, are grounded in the desires of their clients, the creativity and understanding of their design partners and the strength of considered and detailed development and construction.
