We are experts when it comes to the Auckland Unitary Plan. Signature Homes has also been the Ministry of Education's preferred builder of Early Childhood Education Centres since 2002. We offer Comprehensive Guarantee Programme on all out homes, which is the only independently bonded building guarantees in New Zealand which offers a 100% guarantee that a home will be completed as per the specifications in the building contract, along with 10 year Structural and Weathertightness, Completion Date and 'No Hidden Extra's' guarantees.
