The coronavirus pandemic has forced people to spend more and more time at home, making "livability" in the home increasinglyimportant. However, factors that contribute to "livability" can vary from individual to individual, change over time, and often cannot be seen withthe naked eye. Therefore, when considering a change of residence, it is dicult to know in advance the "livability" of the house you are moving to, andthus many problems can occur in real estate transactions. To address this issue, we are developing a service that uses a combination of multiple remote sensing and open data sources to scorethe living environment of a place and so provide information on "livability".We will create a new sense of value in the global real estate market, which is said to be worth 1027 trillion Japanese Yen.We believe that the proliferation of this service will not only allow people to move more freely, which will lead to economicdevelopment, but also to place a greater emphasis on the environmental conditions surrounding one's place of residence. This service will also allow people to move with peace of mind, be more mindful or their immediate environment, and nally, willcontribute to people's daily happiness through their homes.
