The MCBIA is a trade association chartered through its membership with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA); and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We serve a broad range of construction industry professionals in Marion County, Florida.Our goals are to:Monitor and take a proactive role in governmental and regulatory activities to allow for sustainable and affordable growthProvide continuing education that enhances our members ability to successfully conduct businessCreate opportunities to exchange ideasSupport initiatives that benefit our communityOur Association consists of a diverse membership. From residential to commercial builders, developers, and remodelers, to subcontractors who provide a construction service or product, to service the construction industry. Our associate members are broad based companies that specialize in wide range of services including remodeling of kitchens and baths, financial (home financing) institutions, accounting and real estate law practices, real estate companies, land surveyors, and title companies, and the list goes on. Our leadership team is elected by the membership and work together to carry out the mission and goals of the MCBIA. The Executive Committee provides daily support in the overall management of association business.
