The director of Overseer Ltd is Mr Brian Thomas, he left Bull Information Systems Ltd in 1997 after working eight years as an IT project manager. He is a UK national, and has worked in Europe, the UK and throughout the Home Counties as well as assisting major bids for and to the USA. Brian has a strong, balanced background of bid & proposal, process development, project management, and technical specialist assignments. He has managed and produced approximately 30 plus proposals for large bids in the UK and EMEABrian has been extensively Shipley-trained and is particularly skilled at bid process development and proposal structure and production.
