Redondo Beach Orthopedic Physical Therapy recently merged with Peak Performance in Rancho Palos Verdes, and we have changed our name to Peak Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Now with two offices to serve you, we continue to be your partner in recovery & rehabilitation.Our goals is to assess your needs as well as the unique aspects of your condition. We incorporate various functional strengthening techniques and strengthen muscles and joints in specific patterns that are beneficial to your sport and to everyday life. We integrate neuromusculature training, balance, propioception and dynamic core stability with attention placed on increasing speed, power and agility.
