The Center for Integrated Studies on Climate Change and the Environment, Centro Clima is a scientific research center created by the Brazilian Ministry of Environment and COPPE - Institute for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Engineering of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ in order to generate and disseminate knowledge, strengthening national capacities in the field of Climate Change and the Environment. Projects and Scientific Studies developed by this center are divided in two major areas of studies: 1.
