It is a participant or observer in key European forums.The current full members are: Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
