State Of The Art Electric (Sotae Inc.) is the leading lighting retrofit company cutting electric bill for companies in half at presently 14 branches around the US, with expansions to four more US locations as well as one branch in London, UK. Typically the over 6000 companies Sotae has retrofitted pay a max of approx half of the retrofit costs, and the utilities pay the other half in additions to many state and federal rebates, which vary by location. These often make the conversion free to some companies. In almost every location the amount of money paid by the company is been given back to them in electricity cost savings in a period of less than a year (typically 6 to 8 months). Due to cost effective practices, and automation of processes, Sotae has to this day never been under bid on any job. To give an example, we recently quoted 4 large buildings in Chicago, and prior to the order we received a call from the property manager, telling us that he tried his best NOT to use us, because our charge was so low.
