GEBA was started in 1957 by NSA employees to offer access to group insurance plans to NSA employees. Membership now spans to civilian employees and retirees of the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and military and contractors assigned to NSA-W.Securities are offered through Cape Securities, Inc.
