Electropin Technologies LLC is a manufacturer of small metal pin shaped parts that are primarily used as an electrical connection. We use a unique manufacturing process called Automatic Die Rolling which has the capability of producing millions and millions of parts that are repetitively accurate. We have produced over 1 billion parts for a customer in just over 12 months with zero defects.Currently, our sizes range from a minimum of .006"​ diameter and .080"​ long to a maximum of .225"​ diameter and 6.00"​ long. We produce parts in any material that can be found in wire form and often draw our own wire to control the quality of the final dimension.
