Health-Thing's FIRST learning community - A safe online community enabling young healthcare professionals to learn from others for better wellbeing. Our first learning community is built for young healthcare professionals. 1 out of 2 young healthcare professionals leaves their job within 2 years' time. A huge problem that needs to be solved. Various causes can be related to this trend. Our own research shows that they feel a lack of security. They keep challenges to themselves. With all the negative consequences. We're up to this challenge ;) - let's make it change!We founded Health-Thing because we truly believe we spend too much time learning what actually improves our wellbeing effectively. We simply cannot easily learn from larger groups of like-minded people. Standard communities on Facebook don't do the job.We created an online peer-to-peer learning platform. With a unique methodology behind it. A methodology that has one purpose. Understand what drives others in their search for better wellbeing and translate that into very practical insights. Insights that we share so that users don't have to search but can take ownership faster and more effectively. Insights based on larger groups of like-minded people.There is so much knowledge that we have at hand but no tools that bring that knowledge together.Let's start unlocking our collective knowledge for improved wellbeing (without the endless search)!Personal experiences of our founder led to founding Health-thing.
