Bonds manufactures high integrity steel castings from 0.1 to 12,000 kilograms with the ability to fabricate castings up to 30,000 kilograms. From pattern production to the delivery of your finished casting, we offer a professional service making your experience of buying steel castings efficient with the knowledge that your castings will be high quality. With a solid track record of serving a wide range of customers across oil and gas, marine, power generation and construction sectors we have more than 140 years' experience manufacturing complex steel castings such as pump casings, valves, impellers and compressors. We produce castings in more than 150 compositions of steel, including super duplex and complex austenitic alloys, and we operate to high quality standards with ISO 9001 certification at each of our three foundries. We hold approval to manufacture from multiple authorities and have qualifying test records for the Norsok M-650 standard in various grades of duplex steel.
