Health, Wellness & Fitness

Nestled in the heart of Hong Kong's busy CBD, lies an unobtrusive training arena, Optimum Performance Studio. Quietly understated yet completely equipped to handle any training, education and equipment needs, OPS as it is more commonly known is ironically, not as well known as you would expect, given its incredible reputation for training trainers for the last 10 years. Yet there never seems to be any shortage of trainers wanting to up-skill or even simply train their clients at Optimum Performance Studio. Maybe it is the family friendly atmosphere, that seems to be laking in your corporate fitness centres or perhaps its just the convenient location, what ever it is Optimum Performance Studio always has been and will continue to be on the cutting edge of training education and technology. With studios now in TST, and affiliations with Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, to name a few, OPS is expanding its education parameters to inspire and encourage new trainers to reach their training and education goals.
