Marinship has 28 years of building and heavy civil construction. We have completed over 500 projects in the Bay Area for both public and private clients including the City of San Francisco, SFO, Lennar, Catellus, CalTrans, CalTrain, City of Oakland, HUD, Golden Gate Bridge Authority and many others. We have also worked as construction manager on several multi billion dollar infrastructure projects for the SFPUC. We are currently developing 78 condominium units with Lennar at the Hunters Point Shipyard and working on several affordable housing projects in San Francisco and Marin County. We have in the last two years began to focus on developing renewable energy assets including solar, thermal, biogas, EV charging infrastructure and battery storage. We are fully committed to helping the State of CA achieve its goal of becoming 100% free of fossil fuels and all renewable energy to stop climate change.
