Churchill, P.C. was founded in 1976. Churchill is headquartered in Berlin, New Jersey, with a branch office in Galloway, New Jersey . The firm represents a diverse group of public agencies, private clients and municipalities throughout New Jersey. We are currently working for several state agencies and authorities including the South Jersey Port Corporation, New Jersey Highway Authority, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Division of Building and Construction. We have also completed civil projects of varying scope for the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA); the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (CCMUA); the Camden County, Gloucester County and Burlington County engineering offices. The Churchill Organization is headed by Robert L. Churchill PE, PP CME, President and owner, and includes a Civil Engineering department, a structural engineering department, and a environmental division. Our professional staff consists of more than 50 civil and structural engineers, environmental scientists, geologists, bridge inspectors, certified divers, land surveyors, CADD specialists and construction managers. Our staff has proven experience and demonstrated skills in the planning, design and construction management of wastewater collection and treatment facilities; water storage, distribution, and treatment systems; stormwater management systems; highways and bridges; harbor and marine projects; traffic and transportation; environmental studies and remediation; solid waste facilities; recreational facilities; and other public facilities. Our structural engineers are also experienced in the design and structural evaluations of bridges. Our Civil Department also includes a Bridge Division consisting of structural engineers experienced in the design and inspection of bridges as well as certified divers experienced in the underwater inspection of subsurface structures. Complementing the work of our engineers and environmental scientist is our support staff consisting of a surveying division, deed researchers, construction inspectors, cartographers, research personnel experienced in the preparation of grant and permit applications, and environmental scientists well-versed in environmental regulations and procedures.
