We come to this business with over 20 years experience in the area of employee recognition and industrial recreation with the Walt Disney Company. We managed Disneyland's corporate recognition programs, retention programs, employee volunteerism and 3 company stores. Today our primary goal is to assist clients in creating unique programs for their company and employees. We are involved in many networking organizations including Leads Club International, San Diego Industrial Recreation Council, Employee Services and Recognition of Orange County and a networking group for former Disney professionals - Higher Standards.
