What We DoThe Realize Your Potential Youth Program – is a comprehensive mentoring and education program for descendants of the black diaspora ages 8-24. A leading incubator offering various youth programs that are consciously designed to ensure that young black leaders have the tools to excel in the current and nascent Canadian and international labour market. Our programs are designed to address social inclusion barriers in employment, education, and the broader social context.How We Do ItRYP is unique in nature for several reasons:We will support the students over a more extended period and with constant commitment.Two of our primary focuses are entrepreneurship and STEM subjects and occupations due to the performance gap between descendants of the black diaspora students and other demographics within the STEM industry and the shortage of descendants of the black diaspora professionals in many STEM industries.We will combine an academic and professional commitment to inspire, motivate, and strengthen our students.
