Coach Desmond Leigh pulled together the most promising young coaches in Montclair and Clifton to set forward by reaching out to local teams looking to advance their grassroots soccer. Our coaching staff have all developed from their local systems, from recreational leagues to Division 1 and both semi and professional levels, positioning them to understand the role a tight-knit support system plays in developing local players. our belief in that system is what drives us to deliver quality coaching for towns invested in their youth.
