He started in 2005 as a practitioner of general brokerage focused in Island, Beachfront and Rawland Properties in location of Palawan, Bicol Region, Western Visayas specially Boracay and Province of Guimaras. It is where he learned the trade of real estate via niche market.Our Sales Team is composed of more than few hundred strong and activesellers with more than 20 Service Vehicles under the company's name or its founder (not to mentioned units owned by other sellers and brokers). With more than 30 years of real estate experience from its leaders combined, we have grown the company faster. We have our registered office in Makati that serves as our base of operation not only with our NCR projects but all over the country. We also have office in Calamba City in Laguna for our very first project where we managed everything with regards to the housing development. We have in Angono in Rizal for our Antipolo and Eastridge Project (Angono), Binangonan for our St. Monique Valais project. We just opened foreclosed properties in Pampanga and nearby provinces. We also maintained a team in Bacolod City in Negros Occidental and in Puerto Princesa in Palawan for another exclusive development project we handled. We have our very own development project from raw-land to housing development in Puerto Princesa which we started to process the License to Sell late last year. We focused in a Single Family Home Subdivision Developments in a low cost segment with price range from One Million (Php 2,000,000.00) to Three Million (Php 5,000,000.00) for a very simple reason of consistent demand. We have about 10 projects which we market extensively mostly of which are exclusive or we are the preferred broker of the developer. Our average monthly sales is at 50 units of both house and condo units in all branches we operates.
