BDC is located in Bingen, Washington and was established in 1994 with a vision to build a civil engineering and land surveying company dedicated to excellence. Historically, projects have included, but have not been limited to, road design, water and sewer system modeling, water and sewer master plans, water and sewer system design, pump station design, structural analysis and design, septic system design, public and private land surveying, construction inspection services, and contract administration. BDC has 14 employees and has worked on nearly 4,000 projects in the Columbia River Gorge and the Portland Metro area, serving more than 2,000 public and private clients.
