The Company's stores will feature onsite cheese making, a 2,816 sq. ft. restaurant, with 1500 sq. ft. comprising the dining area, a cheese lounge with a view into the ageing room, cheese tasting, cheese education, wine pairings, cheese gift baskets, and a cheese of the month club.
