When providing our prospective clients with estimates, our technicians help visualize a realistic amount of perfection, so there are no surprises when they come and pick up their vehicle. Our existing clients can tell you that we have a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and if our hours don't work for you, we can usually help make things more convenient. Most dent repairs are completed within the day the vehicle is dropped off. The common exceptions are heavily damaged vehicles, and hail damaged vehicles. Our greatest concern is ensuring the dent repair is done correctly, and if that means taking longer in the shop, we ensure every client is updated accordingly. We have completed repairs with all of the major insurance companies. We understand that making an insurance claim can be time consuming and stressful. We minimize the client requirements for the claim, once the claim has been made by the client, we handle virtually all of the future correspondence with the insurance company. If you do have rental coverage, or require a rental while your car is in for repairs, we can arrange for the rental, and have them pick you up at our shop when dropping off the vehicle.
