The innovation of this marvel brand, dates back to 1948 in Veyangoda, a city in the Gampaha District, Sri Lanka. There was an Ayurvedic shop owned by a renowned Ayurvedic Physician Dr. R.D.P Jayarathne who blessed with many traditional and secretive Ayurvedic recipe books. Back then he gave a life to one of the unique formulas, with nine time tested Ayurvedic herbs, six herbal ingredients and 100% natural oils into a wondrous face cream. Later in 1993 this unique face cream was re-invented by Mr. Ranjith Premathilaka the elder son of Dr. Jayathne and he named this Miracle cream as "Chandanalepa" and gave heart to this cherished legacy. Through the vast experience in the Ayurvedic cosmetics field and the positive customer response to our product range we have expanded our beauty care portfolio into products such as Face Wash, Herbal Scrub, Shampoo & Conditioner, Ayurvedic Hair Oil and Moisturizing Body Lotion range.
