It all started with a salon (dis)appointment. Dhruv (a member of our founding committee) had an atrocious salon experience because of disorderly management. He struggled with booking an appointment, long waiting hours, not getting the desired barber, payment, etc. So he spoke with the salon owner to see what the problem was. After the chat, he concluded that most salon management softwares are challenging to operate, especially the good ones.
