Food For Thought (FFT) is a nonprofit grassroots organization dedicated to meeting the nutritional and basic needs of persons living with HIV and other illnesses in Sonoma County. Founded in 1988, we serve men, women, and children from all walks of life, in a safe and welcoming environment. All services are offered free of charge. Food for Thought provides weekly groceries including fresh produce, whole grains, and healthy protein; vitamins and supplements; a congregate lunch program; and nutrition education. We deliver Sonoma county-wide to clients who are homebound or homeless. All of this is possible thanks to over 600 dedicated volunteers, generous donors and vital community support for our fundraising events.
