William & Henry Alexander (Civil Engineering) is a family owned, medium sized Civil Engineering contractor and consultancy which was first established in 1972. The company has successfully (and continuously) traded since then to the present day. In 2013 due to a period of growth, Alexander Plant Ltd was established as a sister company with the aim of providing plant hire services for specialist plant and equipment. Both companies operate under the holding company of W&H Alexander Ltd.William & Henry Alexander (Civil Engineering) Ltd work within a wide variety of sectors including (but not limited to) Utilities (Water and Electricity), Renewable Energy (Wind Farms), Roads, Public Realm & Environmental Improvement (paving schemes, paths, drainage etc.), General Construction, Flood Defence and Bridges. We operate throughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and works with clients across the public and private sectors.
