Smooth Transitions Fredericksburg was founded by Fredericksburg natives Karen Jones and Kim Moulds (middle row). Kim and Karen realized they had a passion for helping others after assisting multiple family members and friends with downsizing and moving. In 2011, they decided to turn their passion and knowledge into a business helping others. In 2013, Kim's husband Bill joined the Smooth Transitions team. The Smooth Transitions family now has 8 dedicated team members. We are a very diverse group sharing many of the same values. We believe honesty, integrity and character are as important as the clients in which we serve.
