The company was founded in 1981 by Nancy O'Neil and has grown to a complete association management service that assists more than 22 residential communities and Boards of Directors with the successful operation of their associations.As skilled property management professionals, our goals are to constantly maintain member goodwill, exercise prudent fiscal management focusing on effective control over operational costs and maintain the common areas and the community to ensure that property values, collectively and individually, are at optimal levels.
