Fraxtor | Byte-Sized Real Estate™
Dick Loo's Company Details
Fraxtor is a blockchain enabled real estate crowdfunding platform, which allows investors to buy fractional units of real estate with a mouse click. Through Fraxtor, our investors can gain access to a selection of global real estate investment opportunities which are otherwise out of reach; and enjoy hassle-free real estate ownership. There are three main challenges when it comes to real estate investment. First, it is the high capital outlay required to purchase real estate. Second, it is the illiquidity of holding real estate assets. Third, it is the limited access to the global real estate market. Fraxtor understands these challenges and wishes to provide a platform for investors to invest alongside seasoned real estate investors. Our strength lies in our vast experience in global real estate investment, management and development.
